Good Day Folks,

I hope you guys can help me out. I have been looking online at one mail order bride web site. I found two women who I really like. One is from Japan and the other is from Russia. I'm about to pay $15k to $25k cash for this one sites service on my future bride. I was wondering if any one can advice me if i choose any one of the women i like how difficult would it be for me to get them US citizenship or even a visa of some sort so we can live together and start a family. I know i might seem ignorant but i need some advice. Money is not a problem for me, I just want to know if immigration favors one nationality over another.

Call USCIS, explain every details, and they'll tell you how difficult/easy it will be.
USCIS/CBP is very helpful, and they probably even come to your house to have a serious discussion with you.

$15-25K just to find you a suitable bride? I am in the wrong business... Geez, there are plenty of websites where you could find a willing mail-order bride for way less money. Or just strike up a conversation in any international yahoo chat room....

PraetorianXI you have got on my last nerve from time to time, but brother, you are back in my good graces. That is what i pictured, good googling. LOL now I'm really laughing my you know what off!!!lololololololololloo he so fugly as my kids would say.
 
To those who responded

I'm clearly not taken seriously here. First of all I'm a dual citizen German/US Citizen, I am a former Military senior officer and I'm currently a marketing executive making an 8 figure income annually. I do enjoy dating foreigners, I do not have any problems with domestic ladies i think they are great. But we all have our preferences. I have tried going to dating sites and international chat sites but when people find out how much i make or I'm worth they instantly want to be in a serious relationship with me without wanting to figure me out. My work schedule is busy and i find it difficult to go out on dates with people who have a sincere interest in me.

I just thought maybe if i tried something out of the ordinary and kind of crazy, I might luck out and find some one who is compatible with me. I'm also picky about some of the women I'm interested in. You got to have a Masters or P.H.D to be admitted in my league

I enjoy this forum u guys are great esp trinigirl & PraetorianXI
 
Personally I would never consider doing this but I have a friend (male, USC) who did exactly that and is very happy. His first marriage ended because his wife cheated on him. He had trust issue after that. He tried mail bride thing from Russia and met a really young girl. When I first heard this, I immediately judged him just as a lot of people would. But he is happy, he makes his wife happy and they have a nice little kid together. There are a lot of ways to find partners and I guess this can be one of them in our generation.

As for immigration process, they had no issue whatsoever because their marriage was not fraud and they had a child together. But be very careful of those who would only be marrying you for GC.

Hey don't take it so harsh, my jokes actually go back a week or so with another member, it made us get into heated discussion, so not to go down that road, i'm just laughing my butt off. Sorry

So guys lets get to the matter at hand. Berlin211 we are not going to tell you which gal to pick, but the steps you need to bring your fiancee to America. Anyone can jump in at anytime. I really don't know I met husband in the us of a. By the way stop telling people how much money you make. You are a disaster waiting to happen.

There are a lot of way to find the partners and I'm sure a lot of people on this board has done arranged marriage, especially if they are from certain countries.

However, though mail order bride alone is not necessary illegal, it could be viewed differently from arranged marriage, as the money gets involved directly. Abuse after getting to the US is not only way considered trafficking, but paying money to someone could be considered so as well, if those parties receving money has that intention.
CIS will look into the case VERY deeply, and DOJ might be involved.

The US government publishes reports about human trafficking statistics annually, and Japan is always one of the counties the US puts harsh words on, despite the fact that Japan is the closest ally of the US.
Russia is also on the list.

Can see a lot of things to clear.


And I don't even think this guy is serious when he talks about 8 figure or master/phD to match up with him, which is irrelevant matter.
Must be kidding or just stirring the pot.

If you make 8 figuer income I would advise you to contact a laywer. For the service you are about to pay and for immigration maters
 
I think the ones I am thinking is more like matching service, not human trafficking kind. The one my friend used was more like matching and then helping to bring the bride over - very expensive though. The women weren't forced and it was what they want to do. Though I am surprised to hear that there ware 'mail order bride' from Japan. I bet it's more like an expensive matching service too.. I'm not fond of the term 'mail order bride'
 
Watch a movie "Two brothers and a bride" or sometimes they call it "A Foreign affair". Starring David Arquette. You'll get a picture as to what's going on or what to expect.
Just one question - if you want so much that people would take you for who you are, why do you keep bringing up how much money you make?
 
Please lets answer the question at hand here. How to bring the lady to the usa. So we can close the mail order bride thread. After all we are all married already....LOL
