Re-Entry Permit - Change of Address (After Bio-Metrics appointment is complete)

Hi,

We applied for Re-Entry permit for parent. Bio-Metrics appointment is complete. Parent returned to country of citizenship after bio-metrics.
We gave our US Address in the Form 131. However, we are planning to move to a different location within the same state.

How do we inform the USCIS of new address where Re-Entry permit can be sent within USA ?

You file an AR11: https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do but the problem is they might not update a pending application. I think you have to do it twice, once as a general change, and once for the pending application.

If you overstayed abroad for more than 2 years, my parents stayed out for 26 months without a reentry permit, can you be returned as inadmissible at the port of entry or denied boarding a us bound flight or will a judge have to see you in the USA before your permit could be revoked?

if you have a 10 year GC, airlines might allow you to board the flight to the USA and that would get you to a port of entry.

Unless there is a good reason for the staying abroad, you might be able to argue your case in front of an immigration judge.

if there is no good reason, then no point of trying.
