So I was wondering has anyone gone to their interview but haven't been approved yet. If so how long did it take for your approval to come in?
Thanks for you help.

No one gets approved at their interview. Best case scenario is "recommended for approval".

I can rephrase the OP's question: "Has anyone gone to their interview but haven't been recommended for approval yet. If so how long did it take for your approval to come in?".

If one received "a decision can not be made....", does s/he latter receive a letter indicating "recommended for approval" or does s/he get the oath letter directly? If they get the oath letter directly then the OP should join the oath letter tracker to find out the timelines in his/her DO.

I believe they get oath letter directly. Maslouj got N652 between but I think that is only because he did not get the N652 right after the interview

Applicants at DOs that offer same day oath do get approved at their interview..the process from interview results letter to oath letter is seamless in these cases.

I am very much aware of that fact. However that does not rule out the possibility that either the N-400 has already gone through one adjudicator prior to the interview, or the application was quickly glossed over in the 1 hour the applicant was made to wait outside for the oath letter.
