Is medical test like the one we did for GC needed for citizenship. Also, do we need to use a lawyer to help us with Naturlization process.

No & no, ofcourse if you have had any criminal convictions or excesive driving tix, you are advised to seek legal counsel before filing. Good luck.

medical is not necessary for citizenship appl.
whether you need a lawyer or not depends on your background and if your case is straightforward or are there any weird/strange circumstances that make it complicated, etc.

For a normal, straightforward case, I can't see why you need a lawyer.

For my GC and N400 (both based on marriage), we never needed any lawyers, and both processes went smooth and timely.

I don't think it's necessary to seek legal counsel for excessive traffic violations, unless they involve DUI/DWI/reckless driving. Simple traffic tickets will not prevent an applicant from naturalization. While it's true that there have been extremely rare cases of denials due to minor traffic violations, they are usually overturned on appeal.

However, if one has a ton of traffic tickets, it would be useful to have the attorney at the interview in order to protect against the interviewer digging too much about those tickets. Better to get approved straight away instead of getting denied and then having to appeal.

What would you guys consider a "ton of tickets"?

I have 6 tickets(speeding,no seatbelt,no signal) in the last 10 years. 5 of them are older than 5 years. Should I be worried?

I didn't list them in my original application but I am bringing a list and proof of payment with me. The only thing I listed in the application was my charges of underage drinking from 8 years ago which was just another $75 ticket.

That I can agree with.

That is funny.

You guys are probably right about having a lawyer present when you have "a ton" of traffic tickets. In reality is a tough choice because you would be paying laywer $1500 - $2000 just to show up for the interview.
It's not that expensive. You should be able to find one who will accompany you for less than $800.
