from 2009-2010 i was traveling to the USA with B1/B2 visa. while i was there, i filled out DV lottery forms and got selected. i stayed there a year and returned to my country within my visa period. this august i will have CP and i am concerned that would it (participating in DV LOTTERY) raise any problems at visa interview.

As long as you haven't filled out the DV lottery paperwork and haven't returned it than they won't know...otherwise you better answer all questions in a honest way since they might not tell you that they already know. Entering the lottery is not a crime, lying can be an issue if it is to officials...
Entering the DV lottery does not put you on a "suspect list". If that was the case then thousands of tourist visas would be denied every year! I would guess that almost everybody in the USA on student visas, work visas or awaiting family reunion visas, apply for the DV. Don't worry. You have already demonstrated that you stick to your visa requirements and leave within the time permitted, and have no intention of staying illegally.

Depart the United States asap and go via Consular Processing abroad. However, depending on number of days you spent in the US illegally, your departure might trigger 3 or 10 years ban.Is there something i can do?

You will not get access to the US and will be denied. Basically you are here illegal or have overstayed and are considered an illegal and have to face the ban of at least 10 years.
