---- you can file I-130 for your sister. if she is from India then it will take 10-12 years to get Immigrant visa from US consulate. I-485 can only be filed if her I-130 PD is current and she is on valid status in US. I dont think with B2 visa she can stay in US till her PD becomes current.Friends-

No, because a visa is not immediately available for her in FB4. There's a multi-year wait.
