this is so-called "transferred back" status. After processing, local office sends the case back to CSC for final adjudication.
 
Separate report for transferred cases

I was thinking about scanning all transferred (only) cases and generate a report similar to our current report. For that, we can separate out all transferred cases and scan them and generate a report. This can be done regularly to see how local offices are doing their job. Once a month, we can put these cases back in main files to keep reports comprehensive.

Comments, please.
 
When the case is transferred, I think it remains in "transferred" state for good. My case status still says "transferred to SJ on 7/12" in spite of my approval. Therefore, there's nothing to track. You can't know how field offices are doing by tracking transferred cases.

I sent you Oct 2002 scan result yesterday. Probably you did not look at your email, because you did not update the report yet.

What a coincidence. I just collected my scan data and yours to create a consolidated report.
Looks like there was a lot of approvals in WAC03.
