"FAX THE PETITION" Campaign is not limited to the Bay Area nor California.
Our Congressional members are our representatives.
Not only the petition but also even our complaint is a valuable input for them.
Let's send the petition or your letter complaining against the USCIS to your Congressional offices.
E-mail is too easy to handle even for Congressional offices,
so it should be delivered phisically such as:
1) fax
2) (USPS) mail
3) in person
Let's fax the petition until Congressional members complain against the USCIS.
Again, they can never complain against us because it is democracy.

Extra Impact - Hand Delivered to Congressional Office
I used http//www.congress.org Extra Impact service to hand deliver(by western union) our petition to my local Congresssional Office. It's paid service, just nominal fee of $10 for 3 mails.
Our petition was hand delivered to following offices:
Representative Joseph Knollenberg (R-MI 9th)
Senator Carl Levin (D-MI)
Senator Debbie Stabenow(D-MI)

1) Congresspersons to amend INA,
especially Anna Eshoo (my representative) and Zoe Lofgren (of Subcommittee of Immigration,...)
2) town hall meeting of Zoe Lofgren 10/11/2003 San Jose, CA
3) Senators
especially Dianne Feinstein and Barbara Boxer in California
If you have a good idea, I encourage you to take the initiative.

I faxed a letter w/petition to two Congresswoman's Washington D.C. offices regarding "Amend Naturalization Rquirements".
By the way, nobody seems to have faxed the petition today... ?

I live in 16th District, I recived a general pamplet from Congress Woman Zoe Lofgren y'day.
Its says I'm residing in her Congressional district and talks about her achievements and some other stuff. I think she sent it to all the residents, its like a soliciting mail. I kept it, will bring over to the meeting
It seems I faxed the petition to her San Jose Office, will fax it to Washington office too. I'm going to fax petition to others too by tomorrow.

Congresswoman Zoe Lofgren is your representative, so she cannot ignore us, at least you.
I will bring the updated list of all signatures and some documents on Saturday.

Hi, Dadagiri,
I think the number of petitions being delivered to Congressional offices is important for a while.
They should notice our petition if at least three petitions would be phisically delivered to each office and if they were not stupid.
Actually, when I visited Zoe Lofgren's San Jose office yesterday, three petitions had been faxed, so the receiptionist noticed the letter head of "ImmigrationPortal.Com".
Once we can start contacting directly one or two of Congresspersons, they will talk to each other in Washington D.C.
My current tagets are Zoe Lofgren at the town hall meeting being held on Saturday,
and my representative Anna Eshoo.
Of course, each of us can contact one's representative, and I encourage it.
