Processing time for green card based on asylum

Hey guys.ive been waiting almost 28 months since ive applied for a green card.does really service request help or it is waste of time?Any advice what to do?my case is in Chicago field office. Is here anyone from Chicago?any experience?
YOU NEED TO SUE THEM IMMEADIETLY!!!! service request won't do a thing!!! they only understand the lawsuits language

Is it true that before the beneficiary of asylum I-730 green card approval the principal asylee needs to have his green card ?
Do the principal asylee get green card before the asylee beneficiary get his green card ?

I put in a request through the congressman but received a reply that my application is pending at my city USCIS field office. Nothing is needed as of now. Does it mean anything or is it just a standard reply.

just a standard reply, I did a congressional inquiry around 3 months ago and it was not helpful, now I will do with another.

The clock starts from right after completion of 1 year or your asylum grant regardless if you applied early, let say November 1 2024 asylum was granted so you start counting only from November 1 2025 even if you applied earlier, 28 months your total after you wait one year then your case is delayed a lot

What is source regarding this clock? how do you explain people who applied right after approval and received their green card at 12th month, according to you their clock just started it, they shouldn’t have received it right away.

As you mentioned they received their GC in 12 after they submitted itt and after asylum approval? No this can’t happen maybe you misunderstand, you need to wait 1 year after asylum granted there is no way they get GC without waiting one year!!
