Processing time for green card based on asylum

Yes we filed 6 weeks ago. Then last week we got mail from the district court saying all civil courts has been paused. We had no hope, a few days later we had this online update. Let’s see when they will give us an interview date.

filed WOM on 09/11/2025
Interview on 10/22/2025
Case Status Changed to: Appeal/Motion was dismissed on 10/22/2025
Case was Approved on 10/23/2025
Will pray for everyone whom still waiting in this inhumane processing !

Thank you. I am in Seattle WA. I received the interview notice on day 35 after all defendants were served. I went there alone, and the interview was very straightforward. Basic questions like your name, address, where you work as such. Only lasted for 15 mins.

Someone said last time here after filled WOM, his case got approved a few days and that's right. Congratulationsssss!

Congratulations. That's amazing news. Do you think your attorney played a big role here, or you could just file the mandamus yourself? If you don't mind, also share your attorney's name with us. That would be great if he was helpful in this case.

Thank you, I was waiting for 9 years for my asylum interview, then I filled R.O.M and I got my interview less than 2 month so yes it works, I applied for i485 14 months ago now, so I don't know can I file R.O.M now or its early
