Processing time for green card based on asylum

My friend asked for help: what to answer in question about jobs without EAD? He had lots of temporary jobs and forgot names and dates.
If any person who mentioned jobs without EAD had any problems or interviews or just approval notice after waiting time?
Maybe you have friends who kept in secret these jobs and got in trouble while interview or waiting for GC?
He asked several lawyers and they advised him absolutely contrary actions, that’s ridiculous.
Also he didn’t mention these jobs in 589 because lawyer told him not to mention this…
Where is the balance between truth and overreaction? And why lawyers, professional people advise contrary things?

I always answered that I worked without EAD. There were no problems.

How many days it is taking now to receive i485 receipt notice? Filed in March 2025 didn’t received anything till now. Is that because of new government or any pause of new applications? Please pour in your experiences. Thank you.

Did you file by yourself? There is no pause of anything that we know, people are receiving decisions and their cards
 
Hello does anyone know how to get i94 stamped card from DHS. In order to get real id they ask for stamped i94 card which i did not receive.

Call USCIS and make an Infopass appointment, they should be able to issue i94 for you and your derivative asylees if your case was granted by the immigration court.

Don’t kill your time if the office advice you to apply online for it as they send you the old I94 not the stamped one. Try to talk to a supervisor on the court which grant you or USCIS which grant you asylum.

When I was approved as an derivative Asylee I never had my passport stamped they send me a letter 797a with i94 cards on the mail

Does anyone filed concurrent filings recently i485, i131 and i765? I have filed in last week of march and haven’t received any receipt notice till now. Does anyone has any update please respond. Thank you.

did you have a tracking number? do you know if it was delivered?
