plz help
my friend is applying for f1 visa , and he got 3 I-20 from 3 different universities with no need for english language because he have the required english language, but he is still at university 3rd year , electric and electronic engineering , so still not graduated when applied toi f1 the officer asked him if he is in the university right now , why he would risk going to usa and repeat all the system , he said a better degree from a worldwide accredited american university , he told him i have immigration intent and refused a visa , where as he really , want to continue my studies and he have changed my courses to usa accreditation system but he forgot to show him that and he took another appoinmnet , so what do u adivce him plz ,
i need ur help hjis new appoinment in a week
