Pls help - Change of H1 status

I am in the US on H1 and my daughter has a valid H4 stamping with my current employer and is currently in India.

If I shift my job now, can I bring her back on the old stamping

-- YES if her H4 visa stamp is Valid, her H4 has nothing to do with your employer A or B. once she is in US you need to file for Extension of her H4 BEFORE her I-94 expires.
** if she is coming with you then can also show your Latest H1 approval through new employer and at POE she can get I-94 till newYOUR h1 approval validity date.

Thanks for the reply. Just wanted to know whether she can enter the country without my new H1 approval. I would have just shifted companies and it takes about 3 months to get the new petition. Pls advise.

IMO, she can enter even when your H1 is being transfered.

once she reach US file her H4 extension 10-15 days BEFORE her I-94 expires. check the date on her I-94
