Hi All,
I am into a complete mess.I am here in USA on a visitor visa.During my 2 month stay i fell in love with a girl who is US citizen.Even she loves me and we had decided to marry.
Now my question is shall i marry her in US itself and apply for Green Card or shall i return to home country,come back on fiancee visa and then marry or any other alternative...???
Pls advice and help us out.
 
You can go either way.

Marry her after 3 months have passed from your arrival and file for Adjustment of Status to obtain your Green Card. As soon as you file the paperwork, you are allowed to stay in the USA while it is being processed until a decision is made.

Or

You can go back home and she can apply for a K1 visa for you, this will take a longer time (6-10 months) to be approved, but I assume it will give you time to plan the wedding, get to know each other a bit more, etc.
 
Mine also took about 2 months in 2002. However, at that time the "processing times" website for the Vermont Service Center was also projecting 2 months.

Now the Vermont service center is projecting 6 months, so I'd prepare for a 6-month wait.

Yeah- K1 visas are taking a lot longer than 2 months these days. Mine took 8 months (time from application to visa in hand). Some people are extremely lucky and are getting their visas much quicker, but be prepared for a wait.

Marry after two months:confused: Little fast isn't it? Get to know each other first...
