delivered to my lawyer may 20th evening

fedex received by BCIS on 05/22 as per airway bill tracking info

RFE for employment letter only.

The doctor gave me a COPY of it instead of original one when I filed I485!

Rfe information Received by BCIS: 12th may
Approved for me & mywife: 17th May.
Status updated on 19th May.

anyone's response for RFE received by the INS

I have mine sent on 05/15 via Fedex and still not updated.

Called the NSC this morning, and was politely told it could take upto 60 to update that status in the system - in other words - it could be sitting in the mail room or on someone's desk - they just haven't gotten to it yet.

I have also sent my RFE response same day as urs. So lets keep close watch our cases.Let me know if ur case status changes to RFE Recd.

Unbelievable.

I mailed my response to my attorney on the 19th(this Monday). It reached my attorney on the 20th. My attorney sent me a mail that it would be sent to INS the same day.

I checked my status just now and guess what :D
On May 22, 2003, we received your response to our request for evidence or information. It is taking between 365 and 540 days for us to process this kind of case. However because preliminary processing was complete, the remaining processing time will be less than the maximum stated in this message. You will receive a written decision on this case.

That's damm fast.

INSfiles, ASN check status on ur cases......
