My case has been approved and here are the details:

PD April 13, 1998

RD Nov 28, 2001
ND Dec 13, 2001
PF Mar 21, 2002
RFE Apr 16, 2003
AD May 8, 2003

RFE was for my Employment letter & last 3 months pay slip.


If someone can write their Passport Stamping experience and documents to be carried it will be great.
Anyone from San Francisco can summarize, double thumbs up.

In the links roran has provided, none of the letters say any thing about "continued employment".

the following is the wording on my rfe letter:
"submit an original letter on company letter head from your employer stating your date of hire, duties, remuneration and prospect for continued employment".

are these letter formats good enough. i want to know because, the lady at my employer's office is indefinitely waiting for our busy lawyer to send her the format. i want to pro actively send her the format so she can draft the letter and send.

Received RFE details today

Documents requested

1. Employment letter
2. Tax returns with all W-2's and attachments for 2000, 2001 and 2002
3. Pay stubs for the last three months

Will mail all these documents to the attorney today and wait....

RFE Details are as follows:

1. Original letter of employment with prospects of employment.
2. Paystubs for past 2 months
3. Tax returns for past 2 years with W2's.

According to Online status, RFE issued on May 13th. Did not hear anything from my attorney's office yet, so assume the details have not been received yet!

DEC RFE case got approved
Hi Guys,
We got approved our case on May 9th, as per the approval notice. AVM and Internet shows the old RFE message. We got RFE on April 11th and responded for that on April 24th( Emp. letter, Paystub).

yes i think most people getting rfe's especially the employment letter/tax-returns/paystubs ..ones are getting approved!!
