have you completed 6 years in H1? if that is true then you still have chance. Since you might as well get LC approved by Aug ( based on the my constant calculation on how things move in the last 12 months) Even if you do not get the LC , you will still have completed 365 days on waiting for LC which will give you automatically 1 more year on H1. Talk to you lawyer oh how to file for this extension

Vikram_p, I will be finishing my 6th year on 25th of August this year. Don\'t you think, even if I have filed before 365 days, AC-21 requires filing of I-140 to get another extension?? I was told by my attorney,too.

Philly SESA received 2000 application from April 1st till 27th and then it got 1000 application only on 30th. The April 1st to 27th has taken 9 months.

It has not taken 9 months. I believe my friend whose pd was begining of april got his LC by the end of nov so it looks like 5-6 months till april 27th which is approx 330-400 apps per month or 15-20 apps per working day.

My lawyer also said that there is a single person handling all the applications. He/she took charge last fall and was new to the job.
 
Has anyone applied for labor certification from Scranton PA

Well does anyone of you know, If I aply for my LC from scranton Pa, which office would handle my case, I heard there are 3 centers in PA one at Philly, pittsburg ,Harrisburg, Harrisburg processing is current & philly is still working on 4/2001.

Any suggestions would be appreciated...

April 27th PD was filed on April 27th and now it is April 24th

It is effectively 12 months for April 27th PD and not 9 months as i said before. April 27th is just getting cleared. Hopefully April 30th take just 2-3 months.

I know some people are not beleiving that labour has been moved to may. Let us hope that this info is true.

We have to wait for a week or so, the update will be posted in most immigration sites.
 
Not sure if it has moved to MAY yet..

My PD is Apr30th and I haven\'t heard about my approval yet.

I think it is just a rumor that SESA is working on MAY receipts. I can not believe unless somebody has actually got approved. Dont get me wrong, I would be a happy person, if the date has reached May.

Hi all

That\'s what I heard from my leagal department and they had an application moved to DOL for May 01.
