Philly SESA and Philly DOL Tracking - new update!!!

My application is at philly dol, when I checked with E-mail today the status is: certified - final action 04/19/02. Could anybody tell me what this mean. Hope to hear from you gulus.

If certified then it can not be a future date.
Although this kind of email means is Labor Certification approved from DOL.
Congrates man.
Get ready to file I-140.

EB2-RIR transferred from SESA to Philly DOL

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. My labor was transferred from Local SESA (Virginia) to Regional Philly DOL on 03/06/02.
Can somebody please tell me how to check on it\'s status. I called the 215-861-5286 number where it prompted me
for a search based on Application number (which I don\'t have ( I have the SESA app number only) ) or employer
ph number which I am not sure what to use.

1. Is there any other way of finding out the status?
2. How long would it take to get a receipt/application number from Philly DOL?
3. Any guestimates on how long will it take to get approval from Philly DOL?

Any help with these questions will be greatly appreciated.

1) This is philly dol E-mail www.LCSTATUS03@DOLETA.GOV Then put your employer phone number e.g employer phone (703)333-2222 or tax id -------
2) You should receive your acknowledgement within one week.
3) It should take one month if there is no querry. Best luck

new guidelines on RIR

In line, My petition also is pending with Philly DOL though it reached them only on 21st. I should be couple of weeks behind you. Any idea on what impact these new DOL guidelines would have on our applications

What "new guidelines on RIR" are you referring to? Please enlighten me.

It is there on Immigration.com basically stricter provisions for RIR applications not sure if that will impact us. You could look it up on updates in last two days.

I am also waiting for an answer on this issue. It looks after Ak2000 got his moved there is not much that is happening in this forum
