Philly SESA and Philly DOL Tracking - new update!!!

Phili SESA non-RIR 4/18/01 any news...

Hi All,
   I am new to this forum. My non-RIR application was posted to phili SESA on 4/18/01. My lawyer has not even received ad instructions yet!!! Anyone whose non-RIR application has moved around that date, please respond. Any response will be very appreciated...

  I like to know what dates of non-RIR applications were recently processed in Philly. Anyone whose non-RIR was applied in the last half of April\'2001, please let me know your status. I like to hear from "Hone Hone" about status of his application...

There seems to be no end for the processing at Philly SESA for app received for the month of April 2001. It is still showing April 27th date. Any idea when they would cross this border???????

that\'s true, but suprised to see that they have moved just 2 days ( from 25april\'01 - 27april\'01 currently) in 2 months ( from feb 13/02 to april 18/02 ). so guys, believe that it may take another 3-4 months b4 they are done with April.

Guys,
   Just do a simple math -

They received 3000 applications in April.
So each day, they received an average of 100 applications a day.
The rate of processing in around 1 month for processing 1 day\'s applications(approx 100).
Actually this is a bit exaggeration. Because, in that case, it will take 30 months to process April 2001 applications but they are already in April 27.

Now coming to other than April situation, they receive an average of 150 applications a month.
Even, if they take until June 2002 to complete processing application received in April, I still think that it will take only 1 -2 months(max) for all the applications received until recently to be processed.

Let just be optimistic and wait for 1-2 more months, then things should hopefully be going okay.
It will great if someone who has more accurate information and can do a recalc and encourage people here.

What will be, will be. Philly was supposed to be one of the fast Labor clearing locations. But unfortunately, we all fell in this bad time bracket. So, let\'s just post updates and keep each other informed.
 
your simple maths does not work in Philly SESA

Philly SESA received 2000 application from April 1st till 27th and then it got 1000 application only on 30th. The April 1st to 27th has taken 9 months. Though it can be said there is good chance that April 30th (lucky 28th and 29th was Saturday/Sunday)would be completed some time between July to oct\'02. wait in peace and hold to your job till then.
Also i think PHilly SESA is processing around 150-175 apllications a month. Hope they touch 200+

Only one person processing?!

My lawyer\'s letter to "Pensylvania Job Service" was addressed to a single person. Does that mean only one person is processing thousands of applications?

PD July 20,2001 EB3 Philly SESA but has no hope since my H-1 is epiring on August 25 2002 for final. Is there a way out???
