Looks like the SESA times have been updated and they have indeed moved to May 01

Hi guys..
Just spoke to somebody in SWA(SESA). I am told that May 1st has just started for RIR. Everything here is manual and he could not tell me where my case stands. He was frustrated about most monetary allocations going to Harrisburg despite 2/3 cases from Philly. Sounds like Harrisburg has it all computerized?
He mentioned that each case takes between 2-5 hours depending on complexity of the case. There are 600 cases for Non RIR FOR 30thapr.
I will keep you posted of any more info..

No. They "would not" wait for Apr Regular to be completed before starting May. They have infact started working on May RIR.
Backlog in Non-RIR will however, affect the speed of processing RIR. As I understand, they do not have separate processing channels for Regular or RIR. Same people/person process both.

So we finally got to may 2001.How fast do you think this would go now.Did the person you speak to mention how much of backlog they have.
My case was filed in February 2002.How long do you think it would take a year from now to get there.

As far as I understand the process, labor has to be applied where you will be eventually working (note that GC is for a job in the future). So, if your company agrees, you should be able to apply at a place where processing is faster and after your GC, might have to go and work in that place for a bit. All, please correct me if i am mistaken.
