Hmm...not sure...if they are processing by priority date, then why would they be sending letters for 2002 SESA receipt dates before those in 2001? Shouldn't they be doing the 2001 PDs first? Any idea?

Has anyone with PD 2001 and/or DOL date of 2003 received a letter yet?

Virginia SESA sent RFE/NOF on: June 23, 2004
Deadline for RFE response: August 9, 2004
Lawyer responded to RFE on: July 19, 2004
VA SESA forwarded case to Philly DOL: July 23, 2004

That is exactly what I thought initially, but then some people posted messages that they have PD of 2001 and still haven't received any letters. I want to believe that letters are being generated by PD but I have my doubts. :(

Letters

Looking at the spread sheet it look like they have not sent any letters for SESA priority date 04/2001. Man looking for an end since 04/2001. :mad:

Okay after seeing that Akharap is 2004 SESA date I now revoke all efforts to try and work out a pattern to the BEC letter generation it must definitely be by some random measure like "inside leg measurement" :p

I am sure your case must be RIR since my case has similar dates. VA SESA was lagging behind by almost a year for Non-RIR cases.
