bad news

I just checked AVM this after noon.

It said, "Case remanded to employer" on Jan 30th.

EB-2/RIR
MD SESA Recv date 5/7/2001
Philly DOL Recv date 9/24/2003
Status: "Remanded to Employer" on 1/30/2004

Its really disappointing to see this. My case processing started in Dec 2000 under RIR. They did the advertising and every thing properly and followed all the procedures the next 4 months before filing the application in May 2001.

It will be great if any of you know what it means "Case remanded to employer"? Does this mean, the labor is rejected?

Thanks a lot for all your responses.

mdgc2001 / Remanded to employer....

is probably not bad and it is definitely not rejected! I know few cases where this happened for simple corrections and others where they wanted more details. There could be others/many reasons but I believe more serious issues are dealt with NOF (Notiification of Findings) vs. Remanded to Employer. You should be fine.

Please post the details once you have them.

Good luck,

Can this be true ??

Got this from my lawyer:

What are the chances of getting through this situation? Has any body got this kind of query?

I appreciate your responses.

Thanks
