Good news

Mine is certified:

SESA Aug, 2002
SESA lost my application, make a copy re-file on Sep 2003
DOL RD: Oct 22 2003 SESA did not delay
CERTIFIED: Jan 29, 2004
File in: PA
DOT: 030-162-010

Imagine how frustrated I was when SESA lost my files. Keep your faith, long wait in I-140 and I-485. Good luck!

Somebody please add the info to the tracker. I may not visit this forum frequently from now on. see you at I-140
 
Any information from Philly DOL regarding NON - RIR cases will be much appreciated.
Do you know of any cases that were certified recently?

Guys,

Checked AVM today. It says NOF issued. Does anyone know more about NOF? On what reasons they issue that?

Still status is "received"

Here's hoping for some more movement as I see some approvals either side of me but many still left from July and Aug.:D

Anyone ........?

If there are any non-RIR hopefuls, please jump in with some info.
I know its tough to be a non-RIR and hopeful at the same time...

Do you guys have any ideas regarding the processing date for NON-RIR?

As per immigration.com it says they are processing
02/2003 (for last three months)

As per DOL website it says they are processing
05/2003 (for last couple of months)

I really don't know, which one to believe.

My RD is 04/2003 EB3/NON-RIR. I checked AVM last night it still says received.

Keep us posted if you any information.

if 04/2003 is still on the wall, i've a RD of 12/2003. Go figure :(

Long way to go for me. I guess yours is due anytime. Have your documents ready for 140 and 485 and DO NOT WASTE a single day filing for that.

Guys,
Could anybody please let me know how long will it usually take to move from State to Federal after the ad. response report...I have asked this question before but i am trying to get an idea..Its been a long wait queue..The ad. response report in my case was done on October of 2003 itself..

I knew one guy's Non RIR case was received by DOL at Jan 2003, remanded to state in Oct 2003.

I am in limbo hanging on the web labor dept weaves, so much for the friendly neighborhood web slinger handle :confused:

waiting for the underpaid and overworked :rolleyes: State workforce employees to move my file to the Regional office after my lawyer has sent the recruitment report back: it's been 2 months and the file's been sitting on some poor overworked dude or dudettes desk :eek:

Bushy signing money into the Labor fund is certainly good news and now maybe these tired folk will get some much needed help...

Damn thing reminds me of govt offices in India, at least you know that slipping something under the table will move your file - here you're basically at the mercy of someone incompetant or unwilling or worse, both.

The news is that DOL has updated it's site on processing time today. Now for PA, it's June. So we are inching, for sure....
