My Delaware State Labor Filing date is Oct-3 rd or after. It is already moved to Phiily DOL,When I tried get more information using DOL Phone Number I came to know that my case is moved on to Philly on April 7 th.So guys You can imagine Which date they are processing now.

Yours is Nov2001. How did you got yours?

My case was filed in June 2001 Philly SESA. It is still not being forwarded to DOL. I know cases with same and/or later filing dates were approved at SESA. Please advise
 
Case numbers in SESA and DOL

1) If SESA or SWA assigns a case number, is it the same case number used by DOL or Does DOL assign thier own Case number.
2) How long does it take to get into DOL status system once SESA send them the case.
I have the case number from SESA but I can't find it in the DOL status e-mail system.

DOL assigns it's own case no. It is different from SESA case no.
Normally it is taking 4-5 days to reach DOL .

Hi Guys,

When ever someone adding please try to add in Dol.xls itself.

Steps to edit Dol.xls
1. Click on the Dol.xls, It will open in a new browser.
2. Edit it to add you information.
3. try to close it, it will ask you if you need to save the change.
4. Say yes, and save it to your loacal disk c:
5. Log in as, write you message and attach file from your c:
6. Subbmit.

If you have any problem, Please ask some one to add for you.
 
Very simple reason is we can see at a galance and understand, looks neat and easy to read.

And more over I feel more lucky with this Excel beacuse since we started this sheet two days before we are seeing approvals started from the top.
 
My RFE on the 25th April was about company layoffs and DOL has given 27th May as the date before we need to give necessary explanation etc. (my receipt date at DOL by the way was 15th April)
 
hello All,

Is there any particular order in which applications are processed. Looks like they got to "reyis" application (reached dol 04/15) before they got applications recevied by DOL for March.
Also looks like EB3 applications are processed in a non-prioritized order ???
Are my indications true...??? Could anyone shed more light on this ???

yesterday i checked randomly. some cases recieved on 17th mar are certfied on 05/02. It looks like cases certfied on 05/05 are not updated into system yet.
 
How long it usually takes for lawyer to receive the hard copy of the approved labor? It has been certified for almost 2 weeks, but my lawyer still has not receive the notice. Any thing to worry about?
 
One of my friend had his LC approval lost by DOL. His lawyer went ahead and filed for 140/485. Although to file 140, you need the LC approval papers, He mentioned that INS would then contact Chicago DOL for approval confirmation since in this case LC approval papers were lost.
 
GC withdrawl

Hi! guys,

My application was filed in VA SESA on Oct 2001. It moved to Philly DOL on Feb 03, 2003. The status says, my application is withdrawed on Mar 07, 2003. I'm laid off and I have to leave company in few days. My employer ( and lawyer ) is not telling me any status.

What resources I have to find out the truth? Can I use this application with other employer?

Philly DOL track...

Hi Guys,

I am new to this forum,

here are my details:

Labor Applied, Philly SESA, EB2-RIR, July 26th 2001.

DOL received on March 31st, 2003.

Just now I checked some random case id's in front of me...one case certified on May 2nd, that was received in DOL on Mar 27th.
looks moving very fast in DOL...........

BTW, how did you check the other case? Don't you need case number or something?
