My Philly SESA (PD Sept 2001) just cleared and moved to Philly DOL. My company had been bought over twice. The new company is "successor in interest". I believe the company name needs to be changed now in my application and I will loose the Priority date??? Anyone went throught this?? Thoughts???

Anybody else with Feb R.D.s? I think it will also be useful if we mention RIR or not.

my case is RIR (EB3) and the reciept date at philly DOL is jan 13th 2003...i have no clue on whats happening..the automated phone message says it was recieved on jan 13 2003..

My case was also approved from Philly Sesa and sent to Philly DOL
on 04/21/2003.

I have attached a new Excel sheet with all our information. Let try to update and track with this sheet.

I applied my DE State labor in 9/2002 (EB2). Sent to Phily DOL on 1/2003. Phily sent back to SESA regarding the Requirement of new advertising for the job in 3/2003.

Did anyone got same type of querry if so did you got labour approved.Can you please share with me.

Updated my details. Once any care gets approved Please let us know. Also, I know of a case that was sent to DOL on 05 FEB'03 and was approved. Lets hope they are as fast as the DOL site suggests.........
