From Yesterday Evening 7 it is giving busy signal. I don't think it is working.

I checked twice yesterday (3 PM and 4PM) and it was working.....Sometime one needs to dial more than once to get through.........

Thank you usnycus. Tried couple of times. No luck at all. Sometimes BUSY and sometimes OK BUT NO VOICE AT ALL.

I have been trying since morning today. Dialed atleat 20-25 times, no luck. Either its engaged or keeps on ringing, no answer.

Meanwhile could you please add me to the list, my application was transmitted to Philly DOL on 9/2/2002.

I think its down again

I think its down again. I checked yesterday evening around 5.30PM. It worked then. When I tried from home around 9.00PM it did not worked. It is not working today either.

Checked AVM system couple of minutes back, seems to me it is working. Last case they processed was for June27, 2002 (Case#03377836 DOT 030.062-061) and it was approved.

Nothing to worry and don't rely on rumours going around "rejection of all RIR cases in Phily DOL" unless someone got proof of it.
