When will I get my labor approved

Hello Friends

I'm new to the GC process and mine was filed in Philly April 15th, 2002.

The official site says they are processing March 2001!

Mine is EB3, I would much appreciate if any of you can give me an idea what is the month they are processing now.

Is there anyway i could get a status on my application. Sorry may be i'm asking Labor 101 questions.

Has anyone received a response back from lcstatus03@doleta.gov lately? I've tried without any response but was wondering if anybody fared any better.

RD: Mid-August 2002 (RD not confirmed yet).
 
nope, I tried almost daily.but no response from phily dol.
IS AVM still Down. I Get busy tone wheneven i call.
 
I tried send the telephone number, tax Id and Case number ( which I think is mine )
All but in vain, I did not get any response

Which Case number

dssdss which case number are you talking about ?

My employer told me that once case is forwarded to DOL, DOL does not give any case number. Is this true ?

What are the current processing dates for Phily DOL (regular)? If it is taking too long, I might cross my 6 year limit.

Any updates ( at least which month DOL is processing).

No Updates

Lately there is no body who got his labor cleared from PHILY DOL.
the AVM machine is down and we are completely ignorent of what is happening. If Any body got their labor cleared in the last 15 days please post a message so that others will get an idea about processing dates

When I called the AVM, I got the details , it gave me a 8 digit number which starts with 033xxxxx , gave me the date i.e June 27 2002. it was reached at PHL DOL from DE sesa and gave me the dot code which is 030.xxx-xxx

Some where here, I read that 030 stand for Computer Prof's

Since my company , I am the only one currently in Labor Process, I assume it is mine, Hence I sent 3 mails to the lcstatus03@doleta.gov giving all details separately.

Looking at all threads every other regional office seems to work but our's

One of my friend spoke to person in Philly DOL ........They are processing applications recieved in last week of June 2002.......

Don't trust on automated system guy's (that stupid thing says one month)
