Which Category

Is your labor EB2 or EB3, RIR or NON-RIR?

From what I understand state does not matter but category may???

In any case according to the processing times from DOL they are currently doing Mar 2002 for NON-RIR and May 2002 for RIR.

Guys,

Look at chicago DOL, CA dol forums. People come out and share their information.

Let us do the same so that we will have better idea of timelines in phily DOL.

Skopanna case details?

If I understand right, yours was a RIR case filed with the regional DOL on 29th May. Well it seems there are quite a few people with a similar situation waiting for their approval. I checked the DOL website(Updated July 15th 2002) and it seems they are currently processing

RIR cases filed in May 2002 &
non_RIR cases filed in Mar 2002.

So it seems you should be hearing from them any day now.

What is your RD at DOL? When you said sent, is that the receipt date at DOL?

The received date(at DOL) is May29th , 2002. I am filed under RIR. I was just trying to see if there are any approvals in RIR in May 2002.

As much as I know phily DOL has a certain pattern and RIR processing is not that fast when compared with NON-RIRs. Ofcourse the DOT code also matters here. (is your DOT code 030... software engineer???)

In any case I discovered that they are also updating the status in a bulk mode. As far as I know the last update was done around July 11 and I beleive another update will be done around this time.....

Again it is only an observation and may not be the actual happening???

Hope fully things will get cleared out in a week or 2 and I am sure you are almost there....

More participation

In a way the non-participation really sucks.... Guys the only way we will know better is by communication. I am sure there are lots of silent observers out there reading this forum. Come on out and write details of your RD, any approval you know of and all that....

It is not fair that people come out only when they are in distress and not otherwise...

Also there is nothing here that you are disclosing that is going to affect you....

Mine RIR EB2 Received at Phily 06/03/2002 still waiting, i guess it may take some more time since one of our forum mate is waiting the one on May 29

Does SESA case number and DOL case number differs?
How we know our DOL receipt number? Do we get any receipt from DOL? My employer told that my application moved to Philly DOL on July 01st 2002
