Yes DOL case no is different from SESA.

Call 1-215-861-5286 and follow the options to go into permanent labor and go the option to select the company phone no
This should be the same no as on the application.

As to EB2 category I beleive the lifecycle is around 2-3 months in phily DOL.

Mine is 4th June.

How we know our DOL receipt number? Do we get any receipt from DOL? My employer told that my application moved to Philly DOL on July 01st 2002

Are these EB2 or EB3 category? If they are of the same category then this proves that the processing time is also random and not predictable.

Sorry ! I do not know what cases are EB2 and what are EB3. One thing I know for sure is that most of the cases are EB2.
 
My LC details

Hi all,

I was surfing and was told by my lawyer to check this out

My LC is RIR, EB3 and filed in Delware sometime in April 2002 I guess and I checked with the telephone at PHL DOL was rcvd on June 27, 2002 .
SO I guess I now have to wait a couple of months say around Sept 2002 .

Any replies would help in guess work :)

Well it all depends on your DOT code. If not 030 you could get that in as quickly as 10-15 days.

Anyway 2-3 months is a more accurate estimate.

From My employer 2 cases were approved

EB2 and RIR

039.162-010 RD Phily DOL 06/03/2002-approved 07/31/2002

030.062-010 RD Phily DOL 06/06/2002-approved 07/31/2002

I think they are moving ahead
 
Congratulations RAMSS.

You can now file for I140 and then for I-485 as soon as you get the receipt for I-140. You need not wait for approval of I-140 to file for 485 under the new law.

My labor is EB3, RIR, RD 29-May-02.....no update yet from DOL:(
