If you have watched the pattern of approval, you could see they are somewhat random. I have noticed cases of the same category being approved in the reverse order (w.r.t RDs). This means there could be a gap of a few weeks here and there. I am sure you are very close now and you could hear in either a few days time or 2-3 weeks time.

Anyway 2-3 months is a more accurate estimate.

Haven't have time to contribute to this chat but glad to to know you guys still actively to provide so important info here. Just come up a question that what kind message you got when your application is certified from automation phone system of Region III DOL. Mine is June 24th, Still waiting? Thanks.
 
has been certfied, the status was posted on (Says date)

After you enter your case number it reads the receit date and dot code and say

"has been certified....."

hope this is what you would here soon

Hi guys:

This is information I grabed from this chat, please update so that every family member in this chat know what happened and what's going to happen. Also please cheer for those family member whose application has been certified. We will share the happiness and anxiety. Good lucky to every family memeber in this chat and whole BBS. At least, DOL of Region III has moved forward beyond June 6th according to the information (Ramss June 4th approved :p, Someone June 6th approved :p seeing the last two lines). gc_2251, labor_2002, skoppana and sjupally1 should be certified soon.

Just got registried in this forum, but a long time reader.

Mine is EB2/RIR RD probably Aug 8th or 9th

Send out from SESA on 6th Aug, still not in the phone system. I wonder how long Phil can receive it and update their phone system?

My company has more than 5 people sent to Phil recently, is there any way to distinguish whose case is which? Any idea? :(

I did and I got little more info than the auto phone message, the e-mail response gives the company name and salary of the applicant but no name
two applications sent to phil with same dot code and same salary i do not know which one is mine

I will try it next week.

As I read from this thread, DOL will take about 2~3 months to certify our cases. Any sign show that they are accelerating the processs?

Yeah!!! With our hard work we just cleared one Lob Dude!!!
Good to see you again..I just checked Answering system (Maaan list was long for my company from 1998......had to press #2 hell of time) and making my RD Orginal Date..I also Included chwang name in the list Congrats chwang!!!!!!!!!!!

I just heard on the answering system that my Labor is CERTIFIED!!! on Aug 6th, 2002.

My RD was May29th, 2002 RIR / EB3

help to open branch office in harrisburg

Hi All,
My employer is based in CA,They applied for my GC from CA
PD OCT 22nd 2001,RIR , EB3.

CA sesa is now processing around Sep 20th 2001 My guess is
that sesa will take one more month then DOL will take around
6 to 7 months.

What If my company opens a branch office in Delaware or Harrisburg
where the sesa is current and DOl will take around 4 to 6 weeks.
doing this Labor will approve in 2 to three months of time!!!!

Please put some light on it that how one can open a branch office
and apply for labor from new branch using RIR??

1. What are neccessary steps one should take to open a branch office?
2. How big the company should be -- if new compnay opening in DE or else where sesa is current?
3, Is it worth taking a chance.
4. ast but not least,
My employer can file for me from new branch office also keeping the one filed from
CA.i.e the same employer can file from two different branch offices located in different states??

How long for labor in State office.

Hi Tim Willis,


I had a question, as you said you applied for labor from delaware and in NoN RIR so how long did it take to get approval from the State labor office of Delaware.
Also do you know anybody who has applied labor through RIR, how much it takes for Delaware state to approve RIR cases .

Please let me know
