Does anybody have the latest tracker.
Also,
someone posted a way to pull out a list of recent approvals from Phily DOL earlier, I forgot how to pull that out, can someone post how to do that,

DOLETA is due to be updated any day but as of May 13 it still read:

Anyway thanks for the prompt reply. Its been 3 years in this waiting game for me. Thought if DOL # matters for any faster approval.

They updated the processing times on http://workforcesecurity.doleta.gov/foreign/times.asp website... Philly DATES HAVE NOT MOVED :-(
Philly DOL dates have not moved, and I'm not surprised. We haven't seen any movement on this forum.
I hope these latest dates are enough to convince more people that complaining on this forum might help letting off some steam but not much more. Sending letters to Philly DOL is a better idea. Here is a list of people who have sent letters.

I've attached the sample letter kindly drafted by rsiv.

Some on in the forum mentioned about sending letters to leaders in DC, any progress on that ? do you know some contacts ?
Last year I sent number of letters to Mr. Dilip Paliath. below is a copy of one of those e-mails I exchanged last year.
Let us modify the letter we have and send to all known contacts.
There are people like Dilip and Kumar Barve, who pays attention to our concerns. I appreciate if one of you could modify the letter to present it to higher representatives at government.

have asked the Secretary of the Department of Labor, Licensing &
Regulation to respond to your concerns shortly.

PS: By the way, no one knows how the 2 year timeframe set by DOL for eliminating backlogs is sub-divided into cases at regional level and state level. There are around 50,000 cases at regional level and 250,000 cases in state level. If they intend to process the ones already in regional in the next two years, most of us in this forum are pretty much <bleep>-ed
