WHAT INFORMATION WE HAVE TO GIVE THEM TO GET STATUS. MY LC IS AT PBEC WITH PD: MAY 27 2003, STATE MD, 45 DAY LETTER REPLIED IN APRIL LAST WEEK. DID ANY FROM MD STATE WITH SOON OR LATER SAME PD RECEIVED ANY LABOR CERT APPROVAL? PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYBODY RECEIVED IT.

can anybody tell me how long does it take to get the 7th year extension. I am from GA state and I think the application goes to texas. my labor is in PBEC mess. also does anyone know what happened to the online status website ?

Looks like our PD's are almost the same. Did you call 202 number ? If so what response did you get ? Last week my manager called and the response we got was "in queue" .

Can anyone confirm that your case number remains the same after 45-day letter with only T- changing to P-? Was there a case where the number actually changed too? The reason I ask is that our HR suddenly decided not to give out LC case numbers, but I already know the T- number. Thanks guys.

Today I got Status response from DOL after 8 days.. your expert comments will be appreciated on it, what does this message mean, it looks they have not yet started looking at it??

Finally my LC got approved

Good News

I got an email from my employer saying
"The Department of Labor sent a notice dated August 16 and received today that it has made a final determination on your application for employment certification, and it has been certified and approved"

Still my company lawyer is awaiting for certified LC.

Good luck for all who are still waiting for LC.
