Are there any MA Approvals?

Hi
I haven't seen any approvals posting coming for state of MA. Please let me know if there any MA approvals.
My PD is March 2003, Non-RIR,EB3.

Thanks
KD

First time Post. Just got notification from my lawyer that my labor is approved.
Case details
Case#: P-05132-xxxxx
PD: 11-22-2002
45 day letter received: 04-26-2006
45 day letter replied: Unknown
labor certified: 08-17-2006.

This forum has been very helpful. Goodluck to others who are still waiting.

Its good to see a 2002 aproval. I am also on 9th year extension already and am getting tired of waiting. I have almost completed 4 yrs of waiting.

Cases like your raise some hopes. At the same time it makes me wonder if something is wrong with my case. Pretty much everyone I know from 2002 has already been certified.

Guys, this Papi’s labor certified. It’s been a 4 plus years of roller coaster ride and anxiety but it is a good feeling. I am planning for premium I-140, so I would be able to apply for a 3-year h1-b instead of 10th year extension in November.

For others still waiting – Hang in there fellas. You are almost there, so close to the finish line. You’ll have yours soon in the postal mail.

Case details
05/22/2002: RIR application received, NY State, P-05112-690xx
06/28/2006: 45 days letter received
07/05/2006: Signed 45 days letter faxed
07/14/2006: Found out the application is in Regular/Traditional processing queue, when employer called 202-693-3010 for the update
07/19/2006: Attorney contacted PBEC, status changed to RIR
08/21/2006: RIR application certified
08/25/2006: Received notification from PBEC via postal mail at my residence address. Same day, attorney received the ETA forms.
H1-b status: 9th year

Thanks

Which state? Did you contact the senator from your state to speed up your case? My case's PD is exactly the same as yours. But I am still waiting nowhere... Really frustrating...

Are u EB-3. I called 202 number but got the usual response "Case in process".
Not encouraging for having waited from Jul 2002 and surely sometimes no sight of hope...........

KD, did your case undergo supervised recruitment at MA SWA before being shipped to PBEC?

Unfortunately :) , My case is for EB-2. One month ago, 202 number said that my case has been assigned to an analyst for final review. But what is the hell going on there? Endless waiting...

Hi Jack_xie,

I found out that my case too is in Final Review on June 26th and I am still waiting. The guy over 202 number said it can take any time between 3 to 6 months for the cases that are in Final Review which is purley b***s***. So, sit tight, pray god and hope for the best.

Some of are stuck

I think some of are just stuck.

My conclusion from the whole process is that they make the average green card process take about 4-5 years. Some people get lucky and they get it in 2-3 years. Others get the short end and they cross 5+years.

I have almost completed 4 years waiting for labor and if I get labor cleared today it will take at least 1 more years to get the green card eventually. Infact I have even lowered my goals. If I can get an EAD/AP in the next 6 months I will be more than happy. But then there is nothing I can do to achieve this goal :sigh:

Does anyone know what is happening to the non-RIR cases?
I am waiting since 4/01.

I don't think PBEC has started sending recruitment instructions for non-RIR cases. I am not sure how they are going to finish everything by Sept 2007, looks like, once again they lied right in front of everyone's face.

Posting on behalf of my friend:
My friend's labor was filed in July 2003, CA, EB3. It got transfered to Regional in July 2004.
1. When the labor will be approved?
2. When he applied it was on EB3. By the time when he applies for 485 he will have enough experience needed for EB2. Whether it is possible for his case to be moved under EB2?

Thanks for all your support.

vexlak, you should sue this lazy, sloppy bastaaards for what they are doing to cases like yours. You have been waiting for almost 5 1/2 years, while we have seen 2004 and 2005 case approvals. Try writing to a congressman or something...
