Hi Nayak

If before PBEC your case went to regional in 2003 then you will get approved soon. Can you tell us that date. Not the case received date in your mail from PBEC .That is the date when the cases were sent to PBEC. before that the state would have sent your case to regional.

Check on this with your attorney if you don't know that date.

Thanks for the response. Dec 1st, 2003 is the regional receipt date. 45 day letter received in dec 2004 and replied in feb 2005. Let me know my options now...thanks

Gurus,

Case # P-04308****

I have got BS + 5.5 years of experience at the time of filing.

Can anybody put light on my case.

There has been a discussion of internal prioritization in PBEC based on qualification. I suspect it is being applied. My co worker who got approval with 10/22/02 (sometimes around end of April )for an exact job requirement as mine but with the difference that he had Masters and I had BS + 5 years.

Again there are hundreds before you and me so wait and wait till June end and see if PBEC sheds of slumber and actually does something for 2001 and 2002

Good Luck. It is a good idea not to see this board every day. It makes you feel depressed.

Any guess?

Hi Gurus,

Here are the details of my case

CA-EB2-RIR

RD-09/22/2003
RD in PBEC 11/19/2004

Any idea when this is going to come out of the black-hole?

Thanks

On Sacbee's case, let's wait till the end of this month. Based on the approval trend, I think his case is already approved (mail on the way) or currently being reviewed as we speak ;)

Hi Saknia and Gurus,

I have EB2/BS+5 case with a PD of Sept 2003. Going with the PBEC trend, should I see sept 03 approvals coming in in next 3-4 months.
Gurus please advice. TIA

As per my opinion it may take little longer than 3 months to see Sep 03 approval.

Going by approvals we received y'day (me and my frind got approvals on same day as we replied the 45 day letter same time in March 2005), you should be getting any time. Our case number started with: P-04323XXXXXX.

Your hathoda

Guru - when you have already decided to leave then kyo na ek garam hathoda PBEC ko maaro... shayad logo ka bhala ho jaya:)

Anyway - I think you leaving decison would more depend upon what are the req of your new job i.e. if you r new job is to start in say June, then better resign now else if it is in say oct/nov then may be you can wait for another month or two... but PBEC ko jaroor hathoda maro bhai (not sure about your employer)
