I believe that they have finally picked up the California cases. I am so sure you are going to get yours this week.Ask your lawyer.
Funny thing is, that I received the screen shot and it did not say anything. If yours is under review , it should get done in a couple of days.
Best of luck. See you in the 140 queue now :)

Is it EB2 or EB3? can you please provide the exact date of your PD in August?

Thanks

google search for PBEC...you may find it man...

think before u post such a request....!!

New York RIR EB2 Waiting for Approval.....EB2 March 2002?

NY - EB2
PD - March 18, 2002
45 day letter replied- 07.07.05
PBEC Case Number: P-05123-XXXXX
Labor approval???

Anyone in similar situation?
Is it worthwhile to send a request for screen shot?

... I see approvals for July/August 2002. I believe EB2 March 2002 and others in 2001 in New York have been left hanging!!!

Anyone please answer my query,
If you are RIR, if your case was approved by your state and then went to DOL and then subsequently to PBEC, what extra do they check at PBEC, is there a chance of your LC being rejected at this stage?

I am asking because I know my application is in Final review since at least Jan 06 and no news since. What does this all means? Any insight?
Thanks in advance,
akela

Akela, I think that chances of denial after clearing state are VERY low, I don't remember ever seeing a case where someone got a NOF or RFE after clearing state. I may be wrong though, so someone may throw in their 2 cents too.

Don't worry about it, the reason you haven't been approved yet is probably because you're not in front of the many queues they probably have.

Good Analysis!!!

Its the first time in the history of PBEC, that the no. of approved cases has overtaken no. of days in a month.

Hope they keep up with this speed.

Mr/Mrs. Saknia, Please stop this prediction business. why such a waste of server resources.

All CA state PBEC cases likely moved to DBEC

I got an indirect conformation today that PEBC cases for CA were moved to Dallas BEC.
I just got a Dallas BEC forward of my cases status from my Lawyer.

At the end of the email the signature was "DFLC Dallas Backlog Elimination Center". that means, its Dept of Foreign Labor Certification, Dallas BEC.

But in any event, I strongly believe that mine is in Dallas, without any doubt.

I guess we all got lucky by gettin into Dallas BRC.

I dont know how accurate I am with my guess

Hi GC_Geek,
This email does not mean that your case is in Dallas just because you got reply from Dallas.
We used to get status information from Dallas / Philly even if it is handled by other.
My 2 cents..

May be you must be right. Thats why I put my last line in my last post as "My guess may not be accurate"
In any event, I guess, we all will see the light real soon.
Thanks for clarifying my misunderstanding

Can we have a quick headcount to see if ALL of these people are STILL waiting for their labor or some of them have either received it or abandoned the process or if ALL of these people are really STILL waiting.

As for me, I'm from Nov'02 and am somehow hanging on to my job - being in EB3 - dont know how long will I last :)
