Are your Atlanata cases from PBEC or is it from DBEC. Just wondering how PBEC jumped to 2003

If possible can you check with your lawyer and confirm

PBEC has approved 2003 case before, I don't rememebr the username of that person but I think his PD was oct/nov 2003. I will not be surprised if the clear some 2003 cases.
 
As far as I know, nont of the atlanta case were sent to DBEC. And we certainly wish they had. Atlanta cases usually have later PDs than the other areas'. If they start to process Atlanta cases, it would be possible.

That's not true, all Atlanta cases were shipped to PBEC.

I do not know the exact approval date and my Hr has informed me yesterday and I will find out and let you know..

Atlast my 3 years 8 months 1 day waiting game has ended with positive note. My LC has been approved Yesterday. I know there are five or more guys here in this forum(VA,MD(Me), CA,NJ,NY) for the same PD(05-17-2002).I wish you all in the forum good luck and get your LC faster!.

It is not Saknia who received the labor approval. It is MDLaborWatch
who is the winner. I think there is confusion in here. She posted to let everyone know about MDLaborWatch approval.

I am surprised to see there is significant number difference between yours and mine though they are filed on the same day... neverthless -- just an observation...

So much of rejoice with one approval from Philly BEC...!!

If there is a rain of approvals from PBEC...we will be sharing sweets...Hope to see those days soon...
 
Where is the FIFO they promise?

Like everybody else I guess, I am totally confused with the way PBEC is working. PBEC is in total disarray. I ve seen cases getting approved with PD a lot later than mine(jAN/02). What the hell are they doing? Do they go by States instead of PD?.
