Finally guys

Guys,

My lawyer has just received the long lost approval letter from Philly. I cannot believe that we just received it today with the approval date August 9, 06. My lawyer and I thought that we would never see the letter any more after such a long wait.

Anyway, don't loose hope for some of you that have not received the official letter.

If what is mentioned in that post is true, it is truly disappointing. But what more can you expect from these retards.

I was basing my argument on what I read on Immigration-law.com on 12/20/06 and here is the text from that posting.

AILA-DOL liaison minute indicates the following statistics:
Total Pending Cases: 142,418
Total Pending RIR Cases: 59,328 (41%)
Total Pending TR cases: 85,608 (59%)
For TR Cases:
All the job orders placed by 04/01/2007
All the recruitment to be completed by 06/01/2007. [Matthew Oh note: In the recent AILA seminar, the Chief stated that they would be able to eliminate all the backlog cases by the end of September 2007 as scheduled.] RIR Conversion Guidance Announcement Imminent: They will publish it in the FAQ. Watch for the FAQ updates.

Labor certified

Guys:

After more than 2 years of waiting, finally my labor application was certified. Just saw today. Seems every month, they are processing 2 months worth of Labor app.

I was correct in my estimate about this date after noting the trend in the number of app. being approved in last few months.

glad to hear people from Oct 2004 are getting their approvals - Even I am very anxious, according to the trend I should be getting mine about this week if all goes well(knock on the wood). just checked 50 numbers before mine and 50 numbers after mine - every number until my previous number have been certified, every number after mine except one is in process.... hope thats a good sign.. my priority date is nov 2004, from CT... :rolleyes:

Last week I tried to get my screenshot. Within few miniutes I got reply mail but it had SPAM word added in the begining in subject field ex. "RE: [SPAM] - Request for Screenshot for 7th Year H1B Visa Extention - Sending mail server found on dnsbl.sorbs.net"
No change in the Screenshot which I got previous month. Anybody has similar experince. Thanks.

yes I had seen it in that posting. really hope its not true.

what a farce this whole thing is, why are they insisting for RIR conversion now? suppose the company finds a USC candidate during recruitment today, which they would not have found 3 years ago? is the company going to fire gc candidate and hire USC, after 3 years experience in that company? and meanwhile the gc candidate has wasted 3+ years of his life, only to be fired.

these guys in DOL must be the most retarded in the country, even more than USCIS. Their only job for immigration is LCs, and they cant even get that straight
 
That's your mail server treating the email coming from BEC as spam; don't worry about it.

I am in New Jersey and I have no idea if my case went to regional..... :confused: How do I find out about it ?

So to summarize:
PD 08/02/2002
State: NJ
45 Days letter Received 08/2005
Replied 08/2005
On line status: IN Process.
If case went to Regional DOL -> No idea about that.

Somebody just asked what number I called to contact PBEC -> The number they posted to contact them 484-270-1500

BTW anybody with the Same PD got approved recently ?
