I've been a silent but loyal reader in this forum for a while. It's time for me to speak out now - my case has been approved today per online status. My company also checked with PBEC and they confirmed it was approved today. In those dark days, this forum always kept my spirit up. I really appreciate all the mental support and fun I had in this forum. Wish you all the best luck to get out of the backlog asap. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

i am no expert...learning things the hard way..

will be meeting my attorney for the second labor to file 140 and have to clarify many things..

meanwhile I have a doubt of 'can I be on another H1 based on approved 140 with another company for 3yrs or is it mandatory that we can only work with the company with approved 140(in my case not sure if the company has a project for me though I can get an approved 140).. Even the INS might not get such doubts..but our is a real practical problem..

I have seen lot of people saying that their cases were assigned to Analyst & in Final Processing stage about their Labor cases. Could somebody help me how to get this sort of information from PBEC. I don't have any information regarding my case, except "In Process" online status since long time.

I already posted this question before, but no reply so far. Please provide me some information on getting more details on my case.

Please help me experts. Please... Please... Please...

You/employer can call the 202 number to get the status... But my suggestion is to chill out.. check the status every now and then (7-15 days) and enjoy the life while you can.
Calling everyone or constantly worrying about the GC will not get you there faster.

Is there any body here still waiting with PD 2001/2002 . All the people here who are waiting for their LC with Pd 2001/2002 are requested to raise their hands . I just want to know how maney people are still waiting since 2001/2002 or I am the only one who is waiting as of this date
