My LC Approved (PBEC)

Hello Everyone,

I have been awarded my LC. :D
Here is my case detail.

Philly DOL EB3-Non-RIR
PD- Sept 10th 2002
RD- April 24th 2003
45 day Received Date- Feb 08th 2005
45 day Reply Date- Feb 08th 2005
Labor Cert Approved Date – August 15th 2005
Labor Cert Letter Received by me – October 24th 2005 :D
Labor Cert Letter Received by attorney/employer - <Not Yet>

*As you all notice my labor was certified on August 15th 2005, I wonder why it took so long to send out the approval letter?

*Upon approval, does the applicant receive the notification of approval letter too?

*Who gets the copy of Form 750A & B?

Thanks and Wish you all the best!

Congratulations AwardMyGC. You have been awarded with your LC. But you've long way to go for GC.

So it took 2 months to receive the hard copy. So i guess i should wait for another 40 days. My case status was Certified as of Oct'5th.

Also i will not celebrate until my lawyer gets the hardcopy. Just my opinion.

For 2001 folks

May be this is a good news for you guys.

I and my colleague checked the case status at the beginning of this month. My PD is Feb 02 and his pd is Sept'01. As of Oct'05 my case status was certified and his status was RIR. We both are from MD and cleared at state level.

Last week my colleague got his labor approval(hard copy) and just filed I-140 and i am still sitting and waiting. So what i'm trying to say is even if your case status is RIR, you still have a pretty good chance of getting the labor. My opinion.

Thanks Saknia, but I dont believe you because I am convinved that PBEC is a black hole and it will take forever to get an approved labor.

Mr. Pareshaan is 'ekdum besharam"....
He cant get the message we trying to put across his smart-brain...

Status of the LC

Please do not reply to my post I know about the 7 yr visa email id. I was told on this site & by my lawyer that DOL is tracking any mails sent to it and should avoid any emails to this emailid. Also recently I have seen a lot of posts that the status feild come as empty.

Hi all,

I am regular visitor and the whole PBEC sucks...

Will sending FAX to PBEC make any impact...I doubt it..

Every day I open the forum expecting to see 2003 approvals. GOD ONLY KNOWS WHEN

Regards

We though sending faxes and letters will create some awareness.

But if you have any other better solution please let us know.

We will follow your suggestion for sure. If not try sending faxes and letters.

Good luck.

There is some difference

Only difference your's is RIR and AwardMYGC is Non RIR.

Regional - NON RIR cases are processed faster that RIR cases at wonderfull PBEC.

All the best. Good luck.

Action

I think it is a great idea that we do it within the same time frame. I'm thinking if we all do it on Monday morning, it may jam up the lines and we will be stepping on each other's toes. Maybe we can agree to do it within next Monday to Tuesday. You can send fax or email anytime during these 2 days.

(I understand that people come here to discuss status email formats, guess on case status, comment on visa retrogression, but the fact PBEC is not moving should be the absolute primary concern. If PBEC is sitting on all the cases, none of the above is relevant to us who are stuck in PBEC, right? )

So lets do this Monday to Tuesday (oct.31-Nov.1). Guys, what do you think?

-Use one of the letters from yahoo group PBEC_Victims.
-Send mails and faxes and emails.
-After you are done. please report back to this forum.

Here is a list of all we should contact:
I guess we will have to write to Chao since she doesn't have a public fax number.

The better solutions for this, let the media cover up this issue in PBEC, let us contact the ABC, KCAL-9, Fox News, and other TV Stations..

Please give your suggestions in PBEC_Victims Yahoo grp

All,

We are brainstorming about different suggestions to tackle PBEC problem in the Yahoo group. One of our members has already volunteered to prepare a summary of the ideas during this weekend.

Main plan is to come up with a concrete plan of action during this weekend. I have already pasted the suggestions made by VAHopper in Yahoo grp. Please follow the "Awareness: Pizza party" thread in the grp.

This PBEC mess is only some big pathetic news for us.... I guess media might add us up to the illegal immigrants problem...

or unless we know or have someone good in the media who can expose our story in the right light....

Congrats AwardmyGC...

finally you made thru half the hell...

I was looking thru your posts and the kind heart you have to adopt your late sis' daugthter....Hope everything work's fine with you

Good luck

Hi There

Hi All,

Not a good news but just wanted to share. It does not look good at PBEC for applications which did not make it to regional. THe whole process seems to be in dire straits at this time. So you may not be able to know when you will be getting your Labor.

I like Mockery's approach so support his awareness Program and Pound this 800 pound DOL gorilla from all possible sides you can which would at least awake it from its deep Sound erratic sleep.

All the best guys

I will update you clearly what is going on in next couple days.

Congrates AwardMyGC , one more out of the hell ....

VAHoper...I have sent once the fax ...but I am ready to do again on Monday !!
