Philadelphia Backlog Elimination Center Tracking

I sent an e-mail to Dallas BPC and finally got a new case number

The new case number is: P-04268-07xxx

I read some where in this thread that based on the case number you can guess the approximate date of the 45 day letter, can any one please help me in guessing the date?

Also please update the tracker sheet with my info. No Letter yet.

is your new ETA# P-04307-XXXXX, I have you with a different number in the tracker at:

http://boards.immigrationportal.com/showthread.php?t=161571

As I was sorting your case was one of the few that didn't have a letter yet in that range, if the number above is the right one, that would explain it.

hi

my new case number is P-04258-04xxx.

i was simply asking if anyone with case number below P-04307 (like mine) is still waiting for the letter (like me)?

i know that my case is one of the few still waiting for the love letter :-(...don't know what to do...really worried now. my lawyers is useless and can't get any info from calling bec.

Information Request

Hi,

I am new to this forum. But I have been waiting for my GC for a long time.
I visit this forum once in a while to learn where I stand relative to others.
Here are the details about my GC application:

1. My company applied for VA labor in non-RIR quota on Sept 2001 with
priority date 1 Oct 2001.
2. Got my VA labor approved in April 2004.
3. Phili received my labor application on 3 May 2004

I have been working with the same compnay (in a permanent position) for
4 years (since Feb 2001). My company is so big that the legal department
don't care much about all these delayed labor processing etc.

After reading the 45-day letters, I am interested in finding more about this.
I didn't receive any such letter (I don't know whether I receive that letter
or my company lawer ?!?)

Can someone please suggest what I should do to expedite the processing?
Will my case fall under this backlog elimination cases ? What should I do to
receive this 45-day letter ? Whom to conact for this (any e-mail addresses
or phone numbers) ? Can someone please answer my questions?

Thanks you

hi, foret1,
my new case number is P-04275-XXXXX, and I haven't received
the letter either.

foret1 - I see you don't accept private messages. I don't want to post my suggestion on the forum. If you would like to, active your PM or send me a PM with your e-mail address.

Losing hope..

My Patience is really failing...

My Attorney told me 3 weeks ago that the Dallas DOL had started case analysis and that the DOL had said in the last AILA Liason meeting that they will divert 50% of resources to case analysis as soon as substantial number of the Regional Queue is formed (45 day letter replied).

3 Weeks and no approvals at all... Does not seem like they will do anything till the Mar 28th (Start of Perm) date.

:(

email address

Is there any email address for the BEC centers where I can check if my case from California SESA was already sent to one of the BECs ?

Thanks

gc2simba and karnam, thanks for your replies. hope we get letter soon. hope we see bec approvals soon.

some response

Thanks all for providing the email address for status checks. I got a reply saying that my case number is T-05012-xxxxx

Does this mean that my case has not been assigned yet to a BEC? Why is there no P or D? I guess T means temporary.

Anybody in the same boat?

When is it a good time to panic?

Folks,
Seems some P-04300+ cases are receiving the 45-day letter. When should all of us with similar or earlier PDs start to worry about mail misplacement??

Mine is P-04261..no letter yet.. When I inquired with my lawyer, this is what she wrote
"please keep in mind that case number orders are not related to issuance letters. Issuance letters are taken in some type of order from date of receipt to the Regional Office. Cases with the same priority dates can arrive at a Regional Office with a 90 day variance due to when the recruitment report was filed"
