I am a US citizen. Planning to file petition for my siblings, who are in India.

(1) How long will it take approximately?

(2) Can they come on a Tourist visa and then apply for I-485 along with I-130 petition?

FB4 India - about a dozen years.

Nope, since a visa will not be available for them for quite a while.

Not unless they seek sponsorship in another category with a shorter wait time.

Employment avenue is open to them, if qualified. Genuine marriage to US citizen is another option.

The problem is all my siblings are Married and over 45 years. I dont want them to wait for another 15 years to immigrate to USA. Thats the reason I wanted to explore any other way to lessen the wait time.

DV lottery is an option too, provided they qualify based on their country of birth.
