PERM Tracker - Chicago

Please Advise

Here's my current situation:

LC Pending in PBEC
RIR/EB3/CA
PD-SEPT. 03
on my 7th year extension

Company is willing to file PERM/EB2 which I would qualify. Will it be safe to file PERM/EB2? Anybody here did same? I am afraid DOL my cancel my previous LC and this will prevent me from extending my H1B visa. My lawyer said its OK.

Waited for this day for 4.5 years but now caught in EB3 retrogression.

Got the good news from my lawyer. My PERM LC has been certified.

Job Title: Computer Systems Analyst Level III
Applied: 02/23/2006
In Process: 02/24/2006
Certified: 04/06/2006

Waiting for the hard Copy certificate yet. Hoping for a faster end to retrogression.

Two people from my office were approved yesterday. The three of us applied on March 14. I am expecting mine any time soon.

All three are in EB2.

Certified: 36,587
Denied: 23,305
Audit: 24,960
Withdrawn: 1,950


So, Who who filed before 03/17/2006 should in this category ...

So why we are in Still in Process :confused:

Are Employer 's / Attorney 's are not telling TRUE, about our applications ???

OR DOL report should be wrong :mad:

As per my attorney , my case is still in Process .. Filed on 11/10/2005 !!
