I work for a largr corp, but i doubt it helps in anyway, mine was filled on 1st Feb 2006, still have heard nothing on mine. :confused:
 
I work for large organization ( Actually State Govt). HR filed my papers in last week of January, still waiting :D ... Please update the spreadsheet

Finally, my online status changed to "Certified".
My PERM got approved.

Applied - 02/06/2006
Approved - 03/21/2006
Waiting Period - 43 Days
Center - Chicago
Category - EB2
Experience - BS + 5
Employees in the company - 300 approx.
Companies last 3 years Finances - Profitable

perm vs salary

One of my friend is applying for labour in PERM.
He found out that his employer is paying him
more than that was stated in State Salary.
He thinks that the salary determined by the State
is not updated for his county. What should he
do in this case?

DOL is concerned about employers paying lesser than the PW, your friend shouldn't worry about this.
 
Perm labor approved

He he I did not think I would be one of the members posting this happy message...but here it is...case certified and the lawyer already got the paper work from DOL in a matter of two days I think!!

My CA/EB-2/Software Engineer case filed in beginning of February became approved online in
the last week of February. Hard copy arrived at the end of February - beginning of March. Sorry,
I do not have other details.

Hi can someone help me out please???

I have PD of feb 2005 and my LC(EB3) is pending in BEC. I got a promotion now to Sr.business analyst and my job requirement now needs BS+5 yrs experience. I want to know whether i can file a fresh EB2 PERM for the new promoted job? Can i keep my pending LC in the BEC and file a new perm EB2?

Yes you can do that. Apply under EB2 for your new job and retain your existing EB3 labor at BEC. But do remember that experience gained while on the job will not be counted towards the EB2 determination.

I have the latest stuff integrated. I finnally got approved as well. Next volunteer should take on updating the sheet.

Hi everonh1,

Did u apply a fresh Perm for the same job position or did u convert u'r old one?
