Our company received one more approval today... still 24 cases pending.
 
Could you please tell me how you know your case have been certified before you get the physical mail? It is notified by DOL email system or you need to login DOL website to check status by yourself? My employer doesn't allow to create sub-account. Thanks for your reply

Our company HR checked status today evening and found this case approved. I am working in the next building of our corporate office.. so I visit corp. office every day. You have to login DOL system to check status. Our company also not providing sub account.

Mine was applied around August 10th. I just heard from my employer. It is certified. EB2 with BS+ 5 years of experience, from Chicago.
 
It's a new week...Let's hope for some great news. Let's see who get's lucky first :)

As it is said, "Umeed pe kayam hai duniya." Hope many people get approved this week. :)

Hope Atlanta wakes up too....

Yes.. I see all OCt filers got their approvals. And yet DOL claims " Applications will be procssed in the order it was rcvd" :rolleyes: :confused:

I think they mean LIFO (Last In First Out).... ;)

Our company got one more approval this morning. Filed on 08/12/2005. Comp. Sys Analyst. EB2

Please read it before you support such bills.
It is for "undocumented immigrants ". Please lets seperate ouselves from these "undocumented immigrants" .
 
Finally after long battle applied for PERM today!

Applied for perm from CA EB2 with MS - 3 yrs or BS 5 yrs. Chicago center??? :) Any ideas about the proessing times???
