PERM EB2 approved in 1 week

I don't know about this one. what is your attorney saying? Did you read the PERM regulation for ads may be you will get some answers. But I think you can try on Aug 11th if gets denied and based on the reason for denial says becuase the ads problem you can wait until Aug 26th to file.

Final Review

Hi Immigration/PERM Guru's
Please forgive me for asking same question again!!!
My EB3 application is in final review from 6/29 also my EB2 application (for different job position from same employer) which applied on 7/21 is also in final review from 7/22, my question is, what is possibility of rejection or denie after final review status???? Any one tell me when this Chicago Final Review cases are moving forward????
 
PERM certification letter

I also filed in Atlanat. I applied on July 5th and with in 10 days status changed from Final review to Certified. My employer or Attorney did not get the hard copy approval. As you mentioned your was approved on July 1, when did you get the hard copy and what address it came. Did it come to employer adress or attorney or both.

This is latest as per individual courtecy posting, you can take a look at this.
I am still waiting, according to my laywer hardcopies are started coming out in random order in last couple of days, if you are lucky enough your number will picked up in some day.

I called today Atlanta help desk (404) 893-0101, she was nice to awnser question, but she said employee or Attorney has to call for more information.

One thing that scares me by discussing with her is "notices are sent by a system calculated date". That means again keep guessing your dates.
Anyway if it doesn't come within 30 days, employer or attorney could call for more information. They will not be able to tell that notices are sent for a case, no tracking, sent by ordinary US postal. Notices are sent to Employer and Lawyer.

Hope this helps for somebody who is waiting for ever.

I have applied PERM on July 5th, Certified on July 18th, EB2 Category.

But my employer rec'd letter saying the case is certified, Is this hard-copy of the approval? Is there any other mail need to expect?

Harc copy? Notice?

Dear MainGC and perm08:

How many letters have you rec'd from DOL after your online status said "Certified"?

My employer rec'd letter after 2 weeks of it is certified, I amn't sure whether it is Hard copy of the approval OR just the notice of approval?

Someone mentioned that we need to sign on the hard-copy. My employer mentioed that there is nothing on sheet for signatures.

can labor be filed right away on joining a company without advts & waiting period?

I hold H1B visa. My sixth year of H1B starts on 21st December2005

Problem:
I am getting ready for a job change. My future company is ready to file my greencard. They have 4& 1/2 months to file my green card.

My future company mentions that
they will be able to file my labor right away without waiting for advertisements etc.

My lawyer says I can file for labor only after:
ad runs for 3 months AND
company finishes 45days of waiting window period after this.

My Question:

Main reason I am switching the company is greencard.
Which stand is correct?

#2
Is there any condition, under which stand of future company may hold correct?

My Attorney said it is EB2
