Thanks guys for your help, keep the thread active, hope fully we all receive hardcopy withing this month to give us enough time for our next step.

Looks like I am senior of you all by approved date, I will let you know imm when I receive the hardest copy.

I updated for perm08, I saw in other thread he said that his case is from ATLANTA. I added ksivaraja, as he said his case was approved recently.

On the other thread greatzky mentioned PWD from Boston which comes under Atlanta.

Which means Atlanta is fast enough in certifing the LCs but not fast enough to send the certified LCs.

Saw in a post somewhere that the DOL has asked to hold calls to their office inquiring about hard copies of certifications. You can, however, call them if you have not received the copy within 30 days. PERM2010 - you are almost getting there.

My employer and I went thru tons of books to file without an attorney for LC and all those H1b transfert/ extensions. After all yu take an attorney if yu really want it.
Is there anyone here who did NOT use an attorney to file PERM ?

My employer filed PERM LC applications but all were denied. All applications were submitted after July 11, so I think the system problem is less. I check all my posting dates and they are all satisfied.

O*Net™ JobZone: 4 (BS + 2~4 years of experience)
PWD Level 3

The job requirement is MS + 3 years or Ph.D. + 1 year

H.12: Yes (means job requirements are normal)

I thought PWD Level 3 should give a good reason for the job requirement to be considered normal. Will this the major reason of denial? Has anybody successfully get into the system after changing H.12 to No but was denied when H.12 was yes?

Please help!!!!!! Thanks.

I am tring to find that awnser from last one month, if you labor is approved could you add your info at the end, thanks.
There is some think changed in this process in july month, regarding sending copy by mail. If someone recieve from this group you and all of us know the awnser.
 
Certified copy

My guess is that they are holding all certified copies. I don't know why ? For PERM2010, they are taking more than a month.

We should act immediately and address to a concerned DOL authoriy. Otherwise there would be another backlog and EB2 retrogression would be effective.
 
Perm Labor at Atlanta.. Filing before June 24th

Any body filed before 24th June at Atlanta and got certified.
Mine is filed in Atlanta on June 21st and is final review since June 24th.
I don't know,what I need to do. Is it necessary to refile the same application again? Can I file new application with new job title with out dropping old one?
Please help me.
