I am starting this thread to track ONLY India EB3s with PDs in 2001 who became current on June 1st. Please post any case updates in this thread.

Mine is India-EB3 .
Became current on June1st
PD : May25th 2001
140/485 filed : June2005

My case is not yet assigned to any officer, I know this by talking rep on phone.

FP2 Not received but walk in ASC and confirmed with FBI and INS(Texas) they have received FP.
No Update in LUD since May 8th.

Anyone know.. AC21 cased approved last week ?

PD 12/2001, no FP2, transfer from VSC-->TSC, talked to Infopass IO: USCIS received FP2???. No update .. case under extended review.. NC clear in 02/2006. ...waiting.....:mad:
 
Can you please someone post the TSC phone number and how you are taking to the rep. I have the number vsc#8003755283. But it is not connecting to rep. Thank You
 
12/14/2001 PD and 10/04/2004 I-485 RD

Hi Saras,

My priority date is 12/14/2001 and the I-485 RD is 10/04/2001. Still nothing happened to me.No LUD etc.,

My first FP expired but did not get second FP notice.

Still waitng! I will inform you all as soon as I get any information.

It looks like there is no chance of walking in the Application Support Center and request a FP without the FP notice.

It is almost six years since I started the process and still waiting. You are 4 months senior to me. You deserve approval before me.

Now even I'am thinking in those lines.
Mine is may 2001 PD, but recently invoked AC21 and sent papers to TSC.

Did Fp1 on may3rd no LUD after that, everytime I call TSC they say officer is not yet assigned. God nows whats going on there.

can you please post the phone number to reach TSC. I just called NSC#. The officer asked me to call tomorrow because their system is down.
