Pending 2001/2002 I-485 applicants, Raise Hands ?

Count me in. Concurrent filer RD date Sept., 2002.

I had my 2nd fingerprint done in September, 2004. But, the online status never changed, still showing my 1st fingerprint received in Dec., 2002.

Does anyone has the FBI phone number or email address for name check or fingerprint review status? They are the same things, right?

Name Check got stuck in btw USCIS and FBI and don't know what's happening?

It is great to get everybody in this unfortunate boat together, but, what are we planning to do?
 
Similar case as NeedHelp1 and others

count me in.
FBI e-mail on Jan 12 2005 states no name check request received from USCIS.
Last week got a call from congressman office stating Name check done on Dec 25 2004. Also called up IO @VSC and was given the date of Jan 11 2005. I am speechless :rolleyes:
