Pending 2001/2002 I-485 applicants, Raise Hands ?

I am inn. My PD is Aug 2002. I am stuck with background check too. That will make the count = 4. I know my friend is also in the same boat. He has a PD of Sep 2002.

So the count = 5.

Do we count local office transfers? My husband's case (Feb'02) is pending in Chicago due to pending name check.
 
My husband case is pending since Oct, 2002. Name check is done per FBI in Nov 2004.

Did all sorts of enquiries like senator, congressman, Ombudsman and called USCIS 3 times and getting frustated whenever they say call us back after 60 days.
