Peaceful Landing at TSC: I-485 Approved for Primary

I have few questions for you:
- Did you get any acknowledgment form USCIS when you interfiled your I140 with pending 1485? How did you know that they successfully interfiled your EB1a application?

No acknowledgment. Service center won't send you the acknowledgment. I am from retrogressed country. If eb-1a is not linked with the pending 485 then i would have not got my approval (approval is the evidence that interlink is done successfully)

- How much time did it take to get new PD from interfiled I140 applied to pending 485 and approve it?

You won't get the PD correction in your I-140. Hope you got my point

Any idea how much time it will take? I have a question for you. Basically you will get the card in 10 days time from the approval? do you see any change in online status?

Congrats Madgu, it must feel liberating...

You have really gone through a lot - transfers back & forth, RFEs and what not...Am sure now that you finally have it, am sure you are going to miss the 'excitement' of dealing with USCIS !

Akayal seems to be the next in line...all the best.

No LUDs for me yet. Namecheck cleared in March and FP2 done on 5/11. Have been told not to call USCIS till end of May by a 'stern lady'...

Yes Shankrish! I went through several hurdles in this GC journey BUT when I see some of the members who is going through worse than my scenario my problem is probably nothing :) that is what I think. Finally Game is over and am sure I will miss the love letters :D from USCIS (back and forth transfer notices).

Akayal is next in line.

Congratulation.

I got the same emails from CRIS. I am still waiting for my spouse approval. We decided to take I824 route for her. We are still not done.

Thanks for the good wishes. I hope USCIS feels the same way:)

There has been no LUD since the last one on 05/15; however, both me and my wife got similar LUDs - probably both of the files are in the same status.

Lets see how it goes!
